Featuring Jersey Girl Hot Sauce

We teamed up with Jersey Girl Hot Sauce to bring the heat. Their Bee Sweet Honey Hot Sauce is a sodium-free, small-batch blend made from hand-picked peppers and fresh ingredients — delivering pure flavor without the filler.

Jersey Girl started when Wendy, a Jersey native and personal trainer, began growing peppers in her garden and crafting hot sauce from scratch. What started as a passion project turned into a movement — redefining hot sauce as more than burn and vinegar. Today, Jersey Girl is winning over chefs, foodies, and anyone who wants flavor that elevates a meal, not hijacks it.

No nonsense. Just flavor.

Why this meal works

  • Baked, not fried – Crispy wings and cauliflower that keep the flavor without the fryer oil.
  • Balanced sides – Sweet potato wedges bring fiber + complex carbs, while cowboy caviar adds plant-based protein and fresh veggies.
  • Portion-friendly – Designed to feed 4–6, so you get the flavor and the fun without overdoing it.
  • Healthy(ish) – Because let’s be real: wings will never be kale, but this is as close as tailgate food gets to clean fuel.
