The Science

Carbohydrates That Drive Performance

Sweet potatoes, jasmine rice, and corn provide a dense source of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen and sustain energy demands. This makes the plate ideal for training days, long shifts, or periods of high output.

Plant-Based Protein for Recovery

Black beans, chickpeas, quinoa, and Greek yogurt supply complementary amino acids that support muscle repair and recovery. The protein profile is intentionally layered to meet FUEL Blueprint needs without relying on animal sources.

Fiber for Steady Energy

Legumes, vegetables, and whole-food carbohydrates deliver fiber that helps regulate digestion and blood sugar. This supports sustained energy without the peaks and crashes common in high-carb meals.

Micronutrients That Support Output

Potassium, iron, and magnesium from vegetables and legumes support muscle function, oxygen transport, and metabolic efficiency. These nutrients help convert fuel into usable energy more effectively.

FUEL

FUEL

The FUEL Blueprint is designed to meet higher physical demands, whether from training, performance, or simply a long, active day. It emphasizes strategic carbohydrates, ample protein, and sufficient calories to support output, recovery, and glycogen replenishment. Food here isn’t just nourishment — it’s intentional energy.
