A scientist by training. A practitioner by trade.
Alek founded BCON at the intersection of nutrition science, performance, and real-world execution.
His academic background includes advanced training in biology and chemistry, a master’s degree in cell and developmental biology, and ongoing doctoral work as a PhD candidate in nutritional sciences. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), grounding his nutrition work in how bodies actually move, train, and adapt.
This combination—science, performance, and application—shapes everything BCON does.

Where the work was refined.
Alongside building BCON, Alek runs Summit Way, a private performance nutrition practice working with athletes, teams, and high-performing individuals.
Years of hands-on coaching revealed a consistent truth: people don’t fail because they lack information.
They fail because execution breaks down.
The science works. The gap is delivery.
BCON was built to close that gap at scale.

Translating evidence into food.
BCON exists to turn evidence-based nutrition into meals that actually show up.
Not simplified into rules.
Not distorted into restriction.
Not dependent on constant decision-making.
Meals are designed to support the body when it needs it, aligned with real goals and real demand—training cycles, work schedules, recovery needs, and daily life.

Evidence first. Execution always.
Alek approaches food the same way he approaches performance:
Fuel must match demand.
Restriction without context backfires.
Consistency beats intensity.
Systems outperform willpower.
Nutrition should support life—not dominate it.

From coaching to company.
BCON isn’t a personal brand. It’s a platform.
What began in one-on-one coaching evolved into a broader mission:
to build food systems that deliver functional, evidence-based nutrition reliably—across individuals, teams, organizations, and communities.
The same scientific rigor and performance standards that guide Alek’s coaching guide BCON’s growth.
Sports-dietitian owned.
Scientist trained.
Performance informed.
