The Science

Performance-Ready Protein

Salmon delivers high-quality protein to support muscle repair and recovery while also contributing omega-3 fatty acids that help manage training-related inflammation. In the FUEL Blueprint, this combination supports adaptation and readiness for continued physical demand.

Strategic Carbohydrates for Energy

Sweet potatoes provide complex carbohydrates that replenish glycogen and support sustained energy output. Paired with protein and fats, they help maintain performance without rapid blood sugar swings.

Fats That Enhance, Not Hinder

Naturally occurring fats from salmon contribute to satiety, hormone support, and nutrient absorption without excessive heaviness. This balance ensures the meal supports endurance and recovery rather than slowing digestion.

Fiber & Micronutrients to Support Output

Broccoli and fresh herbs add fiber, antioxidants, and key micronutrients that support digestion and metabolic efficiency. Even within a fuel-focused meal, system balance is critical for consistent performance.

FUEL

FUEL

The FUEL Blueprint is designed to meet higher physical demands, whether from training, performance, or simply a long, active day. It emphasizes strategic carbohydrates, ample protein, and sufficient calories to support output, recovery, and glycogen replenishment. Food here isn’t just nourishment — it’s intentional energy.
